Covid-19 Policy

As we look with optimism to the future, we fully understand the need for our clients to make difficult decisions in regard to cancelling their event. It can be very difficult to balance social gatherings and social distancing. Some options include minimizing your event and using fewer musicians, postponing to a more optimistic time or cancelling altogether. We wish the best as you consider all of your options.

We allow up to 30 days prior to your event for a full refund. We feel this is fair to both our clients and our musicians.

Postponements up to 30 days will carry over 100% of the deposit for a future dates.

Our musicians wear masks for indoor events as prescribed by local ordinances. For outdoor events we usually don't wear masks unless requested.

We practice 6 foot distancing for all events. We require our clients to provide a performance space that allows for the players to be 6 feet apart from each other and a minimum of 10 feet from audience and guests.

We are happy to work with you in the event you need to cancel or postpone your event. We have had dozens of events postpone and a few completely cancel. We have had about a dozen events postpone more than once!
