Playing for the Claude Monet Exhibit

One of our favorite performances this past year was the gala grand opening at the Denver Art Museum of the Claude Monet Exhibit. This picture was taken in front of a green screen and guests could pick their favorite Monet painting for the backdrop. For this event we played music from the impressionistic period. We tried to stay in the Monet-ish style with music of Claude Debussy Maurice Ravel, Gabriel Faure and other. The event was amazing. We received great reviews from the patrons. Phil, one of our violinists, 2nd from right, had just flown in from Paris the day before and was particularly tuned in. more information; https://denverartmuseum.org/exhibitions/claude-monet
